The NBAPCU is pleased to announce that all private institutions will be included in the Renewed Tuition Bursary Program and Tuition Tax Credit.
At a press conference today, Minister Trevor Holder announced that our students would benefit from the same financial support as students who attend Publicly funded institutions. Your Association Executive has worked hard to lobby the new government for this important policy change. The government claims that 1,700 new students who attend private institutions will have access to equal funding. This allows the student to have the freedom of choice for the type of education and the school that best suits their needs.
This announcement is a big win for all of the students who attend our Colleges and Universities.
